Can I cancel an order?
Pressed the ‘buy’ button a little too fast? No problem! If you’d like to cancel your order, please email email@example.com within 60 minutes of submitting payment with your intention to cancel and a screenshot with your order details.
Can I change an order that has been submitted?
We cannot make changes on an order once it’s been submitted.
Can I exchange a purchased item?
We are unable to handle product exchanges, for example, another size or colour at this time.

What are my payment options? We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Google Pay.

How can I use my discount code? Please input your discount code at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied after your purchase has been made.

Is ordering from Salsation Wear over the internet safe?
Yes. We've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online guests is secure. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used to protect every transaction between our servers and your computer.
How much will it cost to ship my order?

When will my order ship?
Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our distribution centre. Please allow for 2-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email upon order placement and receive a tracking number with the link to check the status of the delivery by email once your order has shipped. If you submitted your mobile number, you will also receive a SMS.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or rural zip codes?
Yes, but we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to P.O. Boxes or rural zip codes—selecting standard shipping is the way to go. We also cannot guarantee delivery of your items as local delivery services and international customs sometimes present issues that are beyond our control. Please be aware of this when placing your order, particularly if you live in a rural or an area difficult to reach.
Do you ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address?
Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however, transit times can take up to 45 business days.

How much duty and tax will I have to pay?
Salsation Fitness Ltd is the importer on record and will pay for the duties and customs charges on your order.
Can you adjust the value of my order on the customs form?
No. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package content.
We hope that you are thrilled with all of your Salsation Wear items but we know that sometimes things happen and items need to be returned.
While we can’t accommodate product exchanges at this time, Salsation Wear is happy to offer a refund for items you wish to return.
Can I return my purchased items?
You may return your order provided that the item/s you wish to return are received by us no later than 30 days from the date of your receipt. If you have been charged for the item/s, you will receive a refund which will exclude Salsation Wear’s standard delivery costs (if applied) and exclude the value of any discounts or vouchers, as well as the delivery cost of the return of the items to Salsation Wear.
How long do I have to return something?
Returns must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery (as documented by relevant courier). Items can only be returned for a refund and cannot be exchanged.
Are there conditions for returns?
Yes. To make a return, you must first fill out a Return Form with your return request details. Returned packages must also include your original, printed invoice so the warehouse can identify your return and confirm that it was purchased on salsationwear.com. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received in. Items must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try on) and any labels or tags must remain attached and intact.
All returns will go through an assessment once they arrive at the warehouse, and we may refuse any returns that don’t meet the above conditions. Please see more info on this in our Terms of Service.
How do I return something?
Returns are super easy! Just fill out the Return Form. Once your Return Form has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email that your return has been either accepted or rejected (in line with our Terms of Service. This email will include the return address to which your item/s can be sent.
Please print and include your original invoice in your return package to ensure the warehouse can identify your return when it arrives. You can find your original invoice here (link).
In line with our Terms of Service, all postage costs for returns must be covered by you. We recommend using a trackable postage service. That way you can make sure your items are safely on their way to us!
The products are your responsibility until they reach our office, so please ensure everything is packed securely. You may want to use a postal service that ensures you for the value of the items you are posting. Unfortunately, Salsation Wear cannot be responsible for lost parcels being returned.
Returned items must fall within the following conditions:
(i) the products are received into our warehouse within 30 days from delivery (as documented by relevant courier)
(ii) the products are not worn, used, washed or damaged
(iii) the original tags/labels
(iv) you include the original invoice for your order (proof of purchase)
All returns will go through an assessment once they arrive at our distribution warehouse. We may refuse any returns that don’t meet the above conditions.
How long does it take for returns to be processed?
Once we’ve received your return, please allow 2–5 business days for your return to undergo a quality check, and for your request to be fully processed. Once approved, you will receive an email notification letting you know if the return has been accepted.
Can I return an item I purchased online at a Salsation event or with a local distributor?
Returns must be sent to the Salsation Wear Home Office to be processed and cannot be processed by local distributors or at an event.
When will I receive my refund?
We will refund your order within seven (7) business days of receiving your return in the mail. You will receive an email from Salsation Wear Home Office when the refund has been processed. Please note that many banks will require additional time to process and post the transaction so the credit may not appear in your account until your next monthly billing cycle with your credit card.

Can I resell Salsation Wear items that I have purchased online?
We recognize that once someone has purchased a Salsation Wear item, they are free to do what they would like with that item. We do, however, discourage the resale of purchased items for a higher price point.
We are committed to providing SALSATIONAL product to every customer. Unfortunately, we have become aware that imitations of our products are being produced and sold. To protect our guests and our brand, we‘re committed to addressing counterfeits. Please purchase Salsation Wear items only from licensed distributors or through the Salsation Wear website.
